Santa Doesn't Have to Check List Twice
A Carmel, IN teenager was busted Monday on charges that she pulled off Kris Kringle’s beard.
Talk about bah-humbug.
It happened outside of Conseco Fieldhouse, just before an Indiana Pacers basketball game. Police say Tricia Kennelly, pictured, sat on Santa’s lap to pose for a picture, but then ripped off his whiskers (which were glued on) and pulled his hair. Father Christmas told cops Kennelly was drunk and on his naughty list.
Officers followed Kennelly, 19, inside the arena and when they stopped her they allegedly found a bottle of vodka hidden under her shirt.
Kennelly and two others were arrested on charges of public intoxication and possession of alcohol by a minor. She was also charged with battery.
Santa should be well enough by Thursday to perform his Christmas duties.
I suspect Tricia will find a lump of coal in her stocking this year.
