1218 dumb criminals More than 3,400 of you Dumb Criminal fans voted and 35% of readers chose Sarah Nicole Fowke, who, when caught using her boyfriend's ski pass, allegedly claimed to be getting a sex change operation, as the absolute dumbest criminal of last week.
