Bah Humbug!

A Fort Pierce, FL man is being called Scrooge after he destroyed nearly $4,000 worth of Christmas decorations this weekend, according to police.

Officers busted Bryan K. Cooler, pictured, while he was allegedly on a holiday decoration destruction rampage at the Sabal Palm Plaza shopping center in St. Lucie Saturday night.  When cops showed up, Cooker quickly surrendered--but he refused to explain whether this was a random act of mischief or he had a specific anger issue with Christmas.

He’s charged with felony criminal mischief with property damage of $1,000 or more.

I say the real crime here is that Christmas decorations are already up, and it’s not even Thanksgiving.

I would agree that the real crime is that the Cristmas Decorations were up and Thanksgiving hadn't even got here. But everyone is trying to make that money.

Hes not the only one tired of having Xmas commercialized to the point its nothing but a shopping spree. And then they LOVE to shove it down our throats earlier and earlier every year.
There should be a law that says NO XMAS stuff till after Thanksgiving. Some of the stores in my area have had Xmas stuff up since before Halloween.
Dont get me wrong I love Xmas. The look on the kids faces when they get the Xmas presents make my day. But someone needs to tell these greddy shop owners to stop hijacking our holidays.

i think there needs to be a law on holidays when they should come up or not. Yes christmas can be up a few days before thanksgiving but no more then that or else the grinch will come and take them away. P.S. The angel of death should join the greedy ones for xmas.
