If we learned anything by yesterday’s blog, it’s that criminals and cameras are a bad mix, especially for the alleged perp. And today’s Dumb Criminal reiterates that point.

A Syracuse woman, Joanne Cichy, was devastated to discover her four-month-old kitten missing as she returned from trick-or-treating with her children on Halloween.

But you can bet she was even more disturbed the next day. That’s when Cichy discovered a video on her digital camera showing the cat hanging from the apartment door with a belt around its neck. And who was stepping in and out of the picture? Her live-in boyfriend, Rascell Williams, (pictured), according to police.

Cops say the video shows the animal struggling before going motionless.

The feline was found alive under the porch. Williams was charged with unjustifiable animal cruelty.

People like him are the worst of the worst. You have no memory of the sweetness these innocent creatures bring to this hard world we live in. It must make you feel really brave to abuse, torture, even have the human right to touch such a beautifal being as an innocent animal. The Lord Our God gave this gift for His loved ones to enjoy. I feel that he weeps that you couldn't see the gift that he wanted to give you, His son in Crist. Vengence is the Lords but my heart hurts so much by this story and the reality of animal abuse that I see, I have a hard time wishing anything but the most unimaginable torture for people like you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know more animals that are more human than I know humans. And apparently you are one of them. It takes a special kind of psychopath to hurt an animal that can't understand you mean to hurt them, say no, defend themselves or even turn them in when the psycho is done torturing them. The fact that he can torture something that helpless ( a baby animal at that!) who could not have possibly done anything to warrant it means that he would easily punch a human baby, or kick and beat an older child and who knows what he'd do to an adult who would make him angry.

There is a special place in Hell for this scum and I wish he could just be sent there now.
