Will 911 Nincompoops Never Cease?

93635Bryan Paul Blanchard, pictured, is a 20-year-old man who made numerous fake 911 calls because he "just needed someone to talk to," according to police in Frederick, MD.

As he would allegedly just pick up the pay phone, drop it and run back to his car, this doesn't seem like the brightest way to start a conversation.  Oh, and it's totally illegal.

Blanchard was charged with two counts of telephone misuse.
