Frank J. Tibbetts, pictured, broke into the back of an occupied delivery truck, but the quick-thinking driver jumped out of the cab and locked the thief in, according to police in Boston, MA. When they arrived, cops say they opened the vehicle's rear storage area and found Tibbetts, 49, inside.
To add embarrassment to Tibbett's felony breaking and entering arrest, the back of the truck he allegedly tried to rob was empty.
