'Reefer for Teacher' Alibi Gets Man Booked
After sheriff's deputies received an anonymous complaint that Oulay Inthaphone, pictured, was growing marijuana at his home, they paid a visit to the St. Lucie, FL man yesterday. Inthaphone initially claimed the plant was "part of a school project," but soon admitted the herb was the illegal kind, according to the arrest report.
Inthaphone, 26, was also in the possession of rolled pot cigarettes, Ecstasy pills and a pipe, deputies said. Authorities didn't buy the chronic for class excuse and Inthaphone now faces a felony charge for drug cultivation and two for possession.
But do you think he deserves extra credit for giving the school project excuse the old college try? Let us know in the comments.
