Perhaps one day in this great country, a stupid person won't call 911 to complain about something totally ridiculous.  Friday was not that day. 

Jeremy Martin, pictured, was arrested at a McDonald's early in the morning after calling to complain about his drive-through meal, according to police in Clackamas County, OR.  Then, Martin, 23, allegedly called back and complained that the employee behind the McDonald's counter was pointing a gun at his head. 

But why take our word for it, when the 911 tapes have been released?

During 911 call #1:

Martin: "I was at a McDonalds and I paid $10 and these guys gave me one burger and fries that's it, man.” 
Operator: "Sir, this is not a 911 emergency; 911 is only for life and death situations." 

During 911 call #2:

Martin: ""Oh my God, the lady at McDonalds has a gun pointed at my head. Send a cop right now."  
Operator: "Does she have a gun pointed at your head?"  
Martin: "Yup. You're going to send me a cop." 
Operator: "Yes, I'm going to send you a cop." 

Martin was with two friends at the time, and other calls about the meal were made, but according to reports Martin's pals fled the scene and Martin was the only one dumb enough to give his name to the operator.  He was arrested and charged with making improper 911 calls.

Really? REALLY? What the hell? 911 is ONLY FOR EMERGENCIES!!! There a lot of other people out there who really need to call 911 and your holding up the line just because you only got a cheeseburger and fries and then you come up with some fake call about the cashier holding a gun to your head so you can get a cop to tell the cashier to give you more with your Happy Meal.
