After being pulled over for a traffic violation, David I. Pledge (pictured) attempted to ingest a small plastic bag full of marijuana to avoid criminal charges, according to cops in Iowa City, IA ,who say they watched as Pledge eventually gagged the grass out.
Pledge, 25, reminds me of the suspect featured on this clip from The Smoking Gun Presents: World's Dumbest about a guy trying to eat a marijuana joint before a Georgia cop could confiscate it. The aforementioned segment is also is worth watching as in it Danny Bonaduce demonstrates that with a little moxie and courage, one can eat such a rolled treat in only 12 seconds.

Thanks for the comment Alf, I just tested it though on different browsers and it's working for me. Do you have a recent version of Flash ? I'll ask our technical people what else it might be that is causing your problem!

Another example of a failed drug war. Leave pot smokers alone who leave other people alone. War on drugs? Americans like a lot of war, and they relish in killing living beings, no matter what they are. Your karma will catch up to you, mark my words.
