Cops Crack Case of Ass Who Touched Woman's Tush May 20, 2009 5:13 PM | permalink

An IHOP waitress refused to turn the other cheek last week after a drunk customer spanked her behind at least five times, according to police in Naples, FL.

That alleged hindquarter hoodlum is Peter J. Banco, pictured.

The waitress, Anna Prideaux, quickly demanded Blanco end his tukas transgressions. He refused, and went so far to claim that the woman was enjoying the backside barrage. He also called her "a bad name," according to cops.

When Banco, 51, returned to the scene of the rump raid the next day, cops were waiting to arrest the bum, who was slapped with a misdemeanor battery charge.

Maybe someday the pooper paddler will look back at this in the rear view mirror and laugh.  But more likely he'll be horrified, for as we all know, hindsight is 20/20.

But seriously, who doesn't wish Banco had tried this stunt on a certain Waffle House waitress?

To really judge how stupid this man is we need to see picture of the waitress, or even better of the waitresses butt. Maybe she was just irresistible.
