Feel the Vibrations

A little while ago, I blogged about ridiculous products that try to entice women by the power of pink.

Another craze I've noticed lately is that companies are making women's products featuring a "vibrating action."

There’s the Neutrogena Wave vibrating cleanser...Vibrating mascara...And even vibrating razors.

IMHO vibrating razors are completely ridiculous, but someone has found a way to take it one step further-- by making the first vibrating razor that is actually...a vibrator.

Meet the Tinge.

The idea of a razor blade on a vibrator struck me as pretty dangerous, but apparently there are safety measures in place. The vibration is disabled when the cap is removed from the razor and the company recommends removing the razor cartridge when using as a vibrator – you know, just in case.

At a price point of $99, it features 32 different speed and mode combinations. Talk about good vibrations.

Vibrating mascara? Wouldn't that be a bit hazardous to the eye?

Okay, I definitely agree with you about the vibrating mascara. wtf? But I wanted to let you know that the vibrating razor actually works nicely. I own a Venus with a AAA battery and I actually get far fewer razor bumps and a closer shave, better that the electirc razor I own. So, no, it's not all ridiculous. Just most!
