A Helpful Tip For You Wannabe Car Thieves...
If you want to steal a car when it's still running, don't steal it from someone who runs for a living.
And is as big as the car itself.
Some may chalk it up to bad luck, but I'm going to go ahead and call Rodney Terrell Green, the guy who was arrested for stealing the car of former Green Bay Packer running back Najeh Davenport (pictured), stupid.
After allegedly jumping into Davenport's idling 1970 Chevy Impala, Green allegedly smashed it into four different parked cars in an attempt to get away. Green eventually jumped out of the totaled vehicle, and attempted to run through a parking lot where he was, according to Pennsylvannia cops, "stopped" and "held" by Davenport and others. I'm not sure what kinds of techniques the 247 pound football star used to halt the progress of Green, but if they are anything like the techniques that his NFL opponents attempt to use I'm not sure I buy the story that his "facial injuries" were caused by the car accident.
