Yankee_s According to a new poll about New York City baseball by Quinnipac University, fans of the New York Yankees are dumb. Let me rephrase that. According to a new poll about New York City baseball by Quinnipac University, A-Rod is more popular than Mariano Rivera.

Really, New Yorkers? You guys really like A-Rod (who we've had some fun with on this blog a few times this year) better than arguably the greatest bullpen closer of all time?  What? Do you hate championship rings?

Sorry Mo, looks like this season, if you want to gain some traction with the Yankee faithful, maybe you should frost your hair, sleep with Madonna, take steroids, start playing terribly in the postseason, dump on Derek Jeter in the press, and get some self portraits of you making out with yourself in a mirror.
