From The Smoking Gun, here's the heartwarming of Consuelo Guenther, a 19-year-old who was arrested on a variety of charges after police say she drunkenly ran through a Wisconsin International House of Pancakes restaurant with her pants pulled down.
Her motive, at this point, remains unclear.
