Drugs make people dumb. But Charles Kevin Kelly of Tennessee, who allegedly traded his truck for twenty dollars worth of crack, would seem to be a special brand of stupid. Even crackheads who steal their parents' televisions have the good sense to pawn them for the cash first. And I know that the economy is bad, and car dealers are desperate, but go ahead and guess which part of this headline is made up?

Who knows? Maybe he got the idea from this Chevy commercial. Watch the :10 second mark to see the moment that Kelly must have found particularly enticing.
