Cops: Women Download Dumb Instructions Before Crime December 12, 2008 1:54 PM | permalink

Three women (pictured) who attempted to hold up a Dollar Tree store were apprehended less than a mile away from the scene with detailed instructions, which they had downloaded from the internet, on how to commit the robbery, according to cops in Bedford, OH.

Cops say after the trio surrendered tearfully they found a printout of a guide entitled "How to Commit Armed Robbery in Six Easy Steps"in the getaway car.  As you can see from the link, it's not an entirely serious guide, to say the least.

As further proof that these beauts are not the brightest bulbs, they ultimately left the store empty-handed (the manager outwitted them by saying the safe could not be opened) and were arrested.
