If I were a jerk, I’d take this opportunity to point out that perhaps if there was more scoring in soccer, fans wouldn’t go totally ape when a kid kicks a ball into the net. But even I have to hold my cynicism for this awesome adorable moment.

Of course, had this taken place in front of a QPR crowd, have no doubt this kid would have been booed off the field, had his name worked into filthy chants, and a paper-mâché version of him would be burned in effigy. And that’s just for starters.
