Christian Delarosa, 34, is a superintendent in Brooklyn, NY who spotted green leafy things growing in 15 Solo plastic cups on his building’s roof. Apparently the first thing Delarosa thought was, “oh my god” as he believed there was a marijuana farm on their roof and he called the cops.
Three officers responded and found the plants to be… heirloom tomatoes.
So the case is now closed, but sadly, so is the roof. The nofunik super says he will lock it as nobody is supposed to be up there anyway.
So if there’s a hipster bruschetta shortage this year, you know who you can blame.
