Though talented, some athletes are anything but intelligent creatures. They do get paid to play with balls, after all, so we can’t necessarily expect them all to be well-endowed in the brains department.
On occasion, a sports star will pull an idiot move — be it cheating on his wife (you’re loaded, famous, and you will get caught), promising a Super Bowl win in September or dressing like a hipster.
