VIDEO: Two incredibly stupid jet boaters before and after Hurricane Sandy

President Obama has officially declared parts of New York and New Jersey major disaster areas.

This is ostensibly due to the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy, but in our view, it might just be a response to the intellectual black holes caused by idiots who tool around dangerous areas on personal jet boats. Check out video of two prime jackasses after the jump:
