Processed food makers spend billions promoting unhealthy fare — so it's kind of cool when a video pro like Patrick goes loco endorsing something green that's existed for billions of years. Actually farming has only existed for 10,000 years, but who's counting?
Anyway, nobody show Patrick this recipe. It might push him over the edge.
