Students suspended for having fresh breath (sort of)

Talk about unfair punish-mint.

Four Illinois high school students were suspended for two days and banned from Homecoming festivities after being caught ingesting breath-freshening mints. Apparently, the school is required to take action if a student is seen with anything that could resemble a drug.
