Topless lady strolls around NYC in the name of freedom

Moira Johnston is determined to let ladies know about their rights — the right to bare breasts.

In much the same way guys are allowed to show their man boobs, it is perfectly legal in NYC for women to prance around topless. You just don't see it happening too often because people get creepy enough when you keep your clothes on.
