Since moving to the big city, I've had a lot of experience in parking and the one lesson I've learned the hard way is to READ THE SIGNS! But did you know that even celebrities have to follow the rules too? If you're totally shocked and angered by this injustice, you're not the only one.
It's almost too crazy to believe, but meter maids seem to have no idea that today's celebrities are our modern day Gods and they still give them tickets like some commoner with a midsize sedan! Do they have any idea what kind of trouble celebrities go through when descending from Mt. Olympus to buy a soy latte with the common folk?
And they can't get out of the tickets either! Even if Matthew McConaughy were to show off his abs, he'd still get a parking ticket. Which is crazy because his abs can practically perform card tricks.
Fortunately, some celebrities in this gallery seem to be pretty forgiving– and they can certainly afford to be. It's not like a mere parking ticket will ruin someone like heiress/porn star/DJ Paris Hilton. Plus, a parking ticket is essentially a fraction of a penny to someone like her.
