Celebrities Pretending To Eat Food

Celebrities-pretending-to-eat

The relationship between celebrities and food is a lot like a couple staying in a loveless relationship 'for the kids'. There's this need to prove to us 'kids' that everything is normal when it comes to their diet, even when it's usually not.

These pictures are so obviously staged, I've categorized them into the three most common types of staged eating shots: 1) The dainty tip chewer 2) The docking bay and 3) The floater. The 'dainty tip chewer' is when a model or actress is pictured eating the tip of something relatively harmless like a single fry. The 'docking bay' is when a celebrity is pictured shoving something like a massive hot dog (yeah I know, snicker, snicker) in their mouth, but as soon as the picture is taken the food is launched into the garbage. And the 'floater' is when a celebrity hovers the food around their mouth to give the impression that they do indeed eat more than twice a week.

So go ahead and eat that jar of mayonnaise, America, and be thankful that you're not any of these Celebrities Pretending To Eat Food
