Stephanie Dillard (pictured, left) got into a minor car accident with a Houston city bus, but instead of waiting for the cops to show up and assess the bang-up situation, the lady left her three kiddos in the car alone.
Oh, the story gets weirder. Dillard then allegedly picked up some ice cream (because wrecking your car brings out the ol' sweet tooth) before walking to a nearby drug store where she promptly removed her clothes.
