As someone who rides the subway every day, I've seen plenty of people doing annoyingly dumb things, like walking the wrong way up an escalator (this actually happens more often than you'd think). But people like this guy, who decided to make an already miserable commute worse with his terrible singing, make me want to drown kittens– and as anyone who's ever seen my bookmark folder knows, I really like kittens.
Riding the subway is already a dehumanizing experience so to make it worse by butchering someone else's song is, in my opinion, a maceable offense. Next time this guy gets the urge to work on that Glee audition that’ll never come, he should just practice at home like my neighbor does.
