Here's a video of Rodney McGee, some guy who subpoenaed a police dog to testify in his defense in traffic court.
In February a police officer gave McGee a ticket for failing to use his turn signal during a traffic stop and had his dog, Azor, search the car for drugs. The officer didn't find anything in the car but I doubt anyone could blame him for suspecting a jumpy toothless weirdo who can barely drive.
When the dog showed up in court, McGee was surprised (or scared, it's hard to tell because he was so jumpy) that the judge actually called the dog in to testify. The dog didn't have anything to say at the hearing (because he's a dog) but neither did McGee, and it certainly didn't help his case because he ultimately lost and had to pay the $300 for the traffic ticket!
At least he was happy about being the first person ever to successfully subpoena a dog to testify in court. A grand achievement that people will forget immediately after watching the video.
