Yes, getting a tattoo hurts. When a needle is repeatedly poking teeny tiny holes through your flesh, it doesn't exactly feel like rose petals and kitten kisses. But you shut your eyes real tight, clench your fists, grit your teeth and plow through it.
This 18-year-old wimp and tattoo first-timer didn't get the what-to-expect-when-you-get-inked memo. If I was that tattoo artist, I would seriously slap the self-righteous brat upside the head.
