Lawyers can be tough to trust as it is, but what about one who says the U.S. forced him to go on top-secret time travel missions when he was a kiddo? No, that's not weird at all.

Seattle attorney Andrew Basiago (that's him at left, wandering around the battle of Gettysburg) swears up and down that as a pre-teen, he participated in "Project Pegasus" — a program devoted to teleportation and time travel under the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency.

Click here for a very in-depth interview (and video footage) with Basiago, who details being present during the Lincoln Assassination, among other iconic moments in history. In my humble opinion, retired Army Col. John Alexander sums it up nicely when he says, "If this could be done, if anyone could go even one second into the future, we'd own the world."
