April Fool's Day may be over but its spirit lives on in Canada.
The guy in this video is Toronto Health Board Chairman John Filion and some pranksters fooled him into reading some phony vulgar names outloud on TV. Watching this I thought that he would eventually catch on, especially when some of the people in the room started giggling. But no, this guy was elected to do a job and by God he was going to do it! Even if it meant reading ridiculously obvious fake names like 'Anita Hoare' and 'Issac Cox' to a snickering group.
One woman who clearly caught on, belted out a loud laugh after Filion read an obviously fake name. Then again, she may have been laughing at how this dimwit managed to get elected in the first place.
Hopefully, Filion runs the heath programs in Toronto with a little more attention to detail because it would be a shame if there was a mix up in Anita Dick-Smith's oral medication. As funny as this video was, the pranksters forgot one name on the list: Haywood Yagetadecenthaircut.
