Watch ‘Taxi Dave’s’ unintentionally hilarious commercial

Share

Taxi Dave really wants to drive you around Sacramento. And if you're a music producer he probably has a demo tape he'd like you to listen to as well.

In this video, a guy named Taxi Dave wanted to make a simple Youtube commercial, but unintentionally made the most awkward music video ever. The first 40 seconds or so plays like a regular bad commercial that you'd normally see on cable access TV. But it seemed Taxi Dave wanted to give his customers more bang for their buck. And how does he do that? By entertaining them with a rap song! And then he breaks into this rap song filled with so many awkward pauses and stiff dancing that not even iMovie could fix.

Hopefully he's a great cab driver because his sales skills are less than stellar (he generically lists all the great things that Sacramento has to offer, like "art" and "transportation"). Although, watching the video you get the idea that the only thing Sacramento has to offer are a lot of sketchy abandoned lots. But that's the thug life of the "black and yellow".
