A Georgia judge is under fire after he allegedly grabbed his gun in a courtroom in a lame attempt to make a point to a sexual assault victim.
When the victim took the stand to testify, Judge David Barrett told her she was "killing her case," reportedly because she was not cooperating, and said, "You might as well shoot your lawyer," as he pulled his pistol and pretended to hand it over.
Bet that attorney yelled, "OBJECTION," real quick. You can easily make a point without bringing a weapon into it, especially taunting a woman who'd been the victim of a sexual assault. Olivia Benson would've raised all sorts of hell.
