I feel sorry for the people who ride Mopeds and scooters as their main mode of transportation and aren't circus clowns.
It truly is the most useless mode of transportation. It goes 10 mph as long as your route is entirely downhill. It's puny engine produces a sound that can make entire neighborhoods think their block is hosting weasel mating season. The worst part is if you do get into an accident, it can produce the same potential for serious injury but people don't stop to help because they can't believe they actually witnessed someone wrecking out on something as slow and simple as a scooter. At least suffering a serious head injury while riding a unicycle produces enough laughter from witnesses to alert paramedics to the scene.
