The road to hell is paved with good intentions, but the actual roads in hell are clogged with guys playing the "Star Wars" theme with bagpipes while riding unicycles. Seriously. There are literally millions of guys like this in perdition, and it is one of the more sinister of Satan's tortures.
Why this guy is terrorizing what seems to be a nice neighborhood is anybody's guess. Maybe he's a street performer being chased by an irritated mob? Or maybe he's late to perform in the worst wedding band in the world? Odds are he's just a nerd with high self-esteem, which probably makes him insufferable, frankly.
But let's agree on one thing: if you're in Scotland, you're wearing a kilt. If you're anywhere BUT Scotland, you're just a dude in a skirt. No judgement! But, like, you should know that.
