Sick of your job? You could just write a satirical song about how miserable you are, sing it in your boxer briefs and post it on YouTube. Then you won’t have a job to hate! This is precisely what happened to Chris Cristwell, a California Starbucks barista who was fired after posting the above YouTube video titled, “The Starbucks Rant Song.”
Cristwell croons clever lines like, “You’ve got a gang of noisy kids, can you please shut them up? I just want to draw a middle finger on your cup.” Many coffee baristas are now declaring the guy a hero for speaking out, though Starbucks was none too pleased. I say the coffee kings package his album and start selling it at the store. Do YOU think they were justified in firing the frappuccino-hater? Vote.
