A person dressed as Gumby went to rob a California 7-Eleven, demanding cigarettes and cash. The clerk thought it was a joke, which made ol' Gumby get awkward, distraught and eventually leave in failure. Watch the entire thing go down in this hilarious surveillance video. The best part? The clerk described the suspect as "a green SpongeBob SquarePants."
While we're cracking up over here, the police are taking the case seriously, offering a $1,000 reward for anyone who spots an ill-looking SpongeBob on the run.
