Generally, you're not supposed to wear a hat when you get your drivers' license photo taken. But an Austrian man, Niko Alm, was granted immunity to this little rule when he realized that headgear is in fact a-OK when worn for religious reasons.
Naturally, Niko worships a giant bowl of pasta, and so he chooses to wear a spaghetti strainer on his head. He is a practicing Pastafarian — a member of the Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster, which is a satirical religion comprised of those who like to poke gentle fun at your average holy roller.
