I can only imagine the looks of awe on the faces of those lucky people who were able to hear Mozart play the piano. No doubt their faces twisted in subtle pleasure as their ears drank in the sublime sound produced by one of the great artistic masters of Western Civilization. But if I had to guess what these long-dead souls looked like listening to genius, I'd say they resembled my own face, as I listened to Gerry and his damp palms.
In this tremendous clip, Gerry plays the entirety of Queens mini-rock opera "Bohemian Rhapsody." This rendition of the epic sing-a-long is both triumphant and melancholy, perfectly evoking the soaring rage and funky sorrow of the hard-rocking, head-banging classic.
Don't take my word for it. Check out the most talented man on planet Earth play "Bohemian Rhapsody" with his pooty-pooty fart hands. Go ahead and click through and watch it on YouTube.
