Have you ever been down on your luck, short some cash and wondered, "How much money could I get for my baby?" A woman in Daytona Beach, Florida did … twice. She was arrested last week for trying to sell her grandchild for $75,000, and from what I hear the infant's bluebook value wasn't a penny over $35,000.
Authorities learned this wasn't her first go-round on the baby black market either. She apparently sold her own daughter decades earlier. That daughter is now 26 years-old, and if you ask me, way better off not having been raised by a woman who easily ranks as one of the top ten worst moms ever. Writing this is making me want to call my own mother up and just say, "Hey mom, thanks for the whole not selling me thing."
