Cops: Mens pants 100% off at Sears

A man just "trying to get a tan" was allegedly found naked from the waist down behind a Sears at the Galleria Mall in Rock Hill.

Charles Ray Miller (pictured)from Conover, NC was arrested for indecent exposure after police received a tip that there was a naked guy behind the shopping center. A cell phone was also apprehended. According to police Miller had used it to take photos of his privates.

Miller, 47, resides on Naked Creek Road.

We can't confirm if that's Naked Creek Road at the corner of Photograph My Junk Lane, or a little further down.
