Columbia, TN's annual Mule Day festivities were disrupted by a 32-year-old horseback rider who rammed into a crowd of people while on an apparent liquor run.
According to one witness, the man rode the horse into a restricted area that had been closed to animal traffic and "was asking pedestrians for beer."
As if that wasn't bad enough, the crooked cowboy dismounted, then attempted to re-mount the horse, spooking it. Two people were then hit by the animal, and one required hospital treatment.
The perp, whose name has not yet been released, was charged with two counts of reckless endangerment and public intoxication. His bond was set at $10,500.
