When we heard that Dennis Lottig (pictured) was arrested in West Virgina this week on charges of stealing from a bank,we were surprised to hear it wasn't money he was interested in. Lottig took four security cameras from City National Bank in St. Albans, according to police.

Unfortunately for Lottig, 33, he didn't think to also pinch the tapes that were recording him commit the alleged crimes. Police reviewed the footage and were able to ID the young Donald Sutherland lookalike by sight.

Lottig is being held in the South Central Regional Jail on a $75,000 bond, which is what happens to people who are caught doing  dumb things on camera in West Virgina. He's kind of unlucky in that regard. Here in New York, if you do stupid things on camera, you get to anchor the Fox 5 news.
