Jose Julia Garcia, pictured, made a police pullover much more memorable when cops in Lake County, FL say they found him in his car buck naked.

Garica, 58, allegedly admitted to drinking. Police gave him a towel so he wouldn't have to take the field sobriety test in the nude, but before getting out of his car he stepped on the gas and sped away to his home, according to police. 

Cops followed him and sent  their police canine, Filip, on Garcia when the driver tried to flee inside his house.

Garcia allegedly punched and choked the animal, which earned him a Tasing.

He was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, fleeing/eluding law
enforcement, resisting without violence and injuring/killing a police
dog.

I just wanna know if they put him in jail wearing that hospital nightie.  That'd be some justice right there.
