We've heard of some crazy sports promotions in our day, but this one, which I saw on Sports By Brooks and Puck Daddy might take the cake:

That's right, buy an entire bottle of VODKA, get a free ticket to see one of the final games of the season between the non-playoff bound, financially crippled Phoenix Coyotes vs the non-playoff bound St Louis Blues.  I think the promotion is a little premature. April 7th is still weeks away, and if you're still a Coyotes fan these days, you probably need to polish off a bottle of vodka just to get through a single period, much less the last two weeks of the season. It's pretty rough going for the desert dogs these days.

Let's just hope they don't bring their bottles to the game. It can get pretty crazy in a hockey arena even on something as adorable sounding as Teddy Bear Toss Night.

So I'd hate to see what would happen with vodka bottles.
