Scientists love to say that time travel is a totally realistic concept, although the fine print is a bit suspect. For example, you'll hear about how scientists believe adjusting the clock of the universe by .00000001 milliseconds is a possibility, but how would anyone even notice? And, really, "time travel" to us means being able to go back to 1955 and becoming the world's first rock star.
