VIDEO: Texas Doctor “Proves” Oswald Was Innocent

If Dr. Ralph Cinque has accomplished nothing else, he can at least claim to have received press attention for a JFK assassination theory, something almost impossible in today's media environment.

In the video above, which was picked up by Dateline and several other programs (not to mention newspapers and other outlets), Cinque uses photos to further his belief that Oswald was in fact at the crime scene, albeit just another pedestrian in the plaza. Cinque, of course, has no theories as to who did the shooting and cannot prove that Oswald wasn't involved in the conspiracy, even if he wasn't firing from the sixth floor.

The Warren Commission, you may vaguely recall, wrote that the photo definitely “was Billie Lovelady, another TBD employee, and it was based on his testimony, on the testimony of others, and on a very detailed anatomical comparison of the facial features.” What do you think?
